ONE-YEAR HOME WARRANTY INSPECTION
Most home builders offer a one-year home warranty in which they agree to
repair most items in a home if some goes wrong within the first year after
construction of the home. A one-year home warranty inspection covers
everything that is inspected during a normal home inspection. If you are
approaching your first anniversary in your new home call to schedule your
inspection. This can identify problems with the home while the builder is still

SEPTIC SYSTEM INSPECTION
We open up the tank, inspect the inside of the tank with a mirror, check scum
and sludge levels, and run a 150-gallon water flow test to ensure that the
system is functioning properly. We also have specialized equipment for
locating hard-to-find septic tanks.
ENERGY-EFFICIENCY ANALYSIS
We use specialized equipment to slightly depressurize your home. This will
cause air to be pulled in from the outside and from the ductwork and will allow
us to locate leaks in the "building envelop" that are costing you money month
after month. We will produce a report detailing the leaks, the cost of the leaks,
and what should be done to better seal your home.
